Byron Preiss basically single handedly invented the modern "GRAPHIC NOVEL" that everyone is used to now. Maybe he was a couple of years too early to get the recognition he deserves but this, as well as other earlier titles in this series, defined much of how a graphic novel should look like and what it should attempt and he was very experimental in his notion of distribution. He was trying to get comics into BOOK STORES!

CONDITION of Book is VERY GOOD or BETTER Some very minor softness overall to covers from being read, handled and stored. Minor wear to cover edges & slight stress at spine.
