Vintage ESQUIRE Magazine

November, 1938
Max Weber Art, "The Denunciation" by Ernest Hemingway. Old Gold Cigarette adv with Petty Girl Pin Up. Plus standard Esquire Petty Girl pin-up. O.K. Armstrong article on how teachers in Southern states have figured out ways of avoiding the word "evolution" in their classrooms. The Art of Pub Crawling. Exquisite Hurrell Photographs of Joan Fontaine and Annabella. Adv for 1939 New York World's Fair.

This vintage 1938 ESQUIRE MAGAZINE is REMARKABLE and in VERY GOOD+++ or REALLY MUCH BETTER CONDITION. Some stress at staples, with the usual softness and wear to edges, corners and spine. Very nice overall. Magazine is solid, collectible and readable with a vibrant interior and exterior.

It shows average wear due to its 70 plus year old vintage. All such magazines display these accepted and expected signs of age including the typical "shelf-wear" from many years of storage. Edges show slight wear, there are a few minor & visible tiny creases on the cover
