You see in the pictures that it has been laced with pretty scarves. It is not written in stone.... they can be removed or replaced to suit your taste.

Hat is 5" tall from brim to top of dome
Since it is not shaped as a circle the measurements are 9" front to back at brim
and 7" wide across brim.
Total circumference is 24 1/2" but it is not a circle.
