We appreciate that "one person's garbage is somebody else's trash" and the trashy, tacky, cheesy over-the top Knickknacks, Bric-à-brac of any era is chock full of peculiar but wonderful objects, art, décor and design that is often considered to be in poor taste because of excessive garishness or sentimentality but can also sometimes be appreciated in an ironic, humorous or knowing way.
